Aim: The aim of the Instructor Qualification Training (IQT) is to enable the participant to instruct and train in accordance with adult learning principles for an adult target audience. The IQT (or similar formal instructor qualification) is part of the GWO Instructor Qualification Process and can serve as Instructional background for GWO Module Specific Instructor Qualification.
