IRATA level 1
In this course you will acquire knowledge and training about how to safely use and inspect the condition of personal protective equipment for rope access and working at heights. During the entire course you will be under the supervision of an instructor certified in IRATA level 3, so that you may have a seamless and safe learning experience.
IRATA level 2
In this course you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to work in rope access, go on rescue missions and work at heights supervised by a level 3 instructor. This course also includes content regarding compulsory safety regulations and equipment quality assurance procedures.
IRATA level 3
In this course you will acquire knowledge and skills about how to supervise the facilities where work at heights takes place. You will also learn advanced rescue and rope access techniques, futher use of equipment and its limitations, always monitored by an experienced instructor.
IRATA courses

IRATA 1
No additional prerequisites apart from the general ones.
Length: 5 days + 1 examination day.
IRATA 2
Content: Legislation, guidelines and standards, team work and communication, equipment and rigging, including complex techniques.
Prerequisites: valid IRATA level 1 certificate, a minimum of 1,000 hrs of experience in rope access work and at least one year of experience as IRATA level 1 technician.
Length: 5 days + 1 examination day


IRATA 3
Content: Equipment inspection, management and records, risk assessment and method statement, rescue management.
Prerequisites: valid IRATA level 2 certificate, a minimum of 1,000 hrs of experience in rope access at level 2 and at least one year of experience working as an IRATA level 2 technician.
Length: 5 days + 1 examination day
