Shovel Rescue AWP 3000

With our Shovel Rescue AWP 3000 course, you will learn how to perform rescue operations in the hub and inside blade of a wind turbine generator.

During this course, you will practice advanced techniques for rescuing victims from the potential risks that workers may face during maintenance activities or due to mechanical, human or negligent factors that may affect wind turbines and their surroundings.

The course lasts for 3 hours and the certification you will obtain is valid for 24 months.

To take the course, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • be in good physical and mental condition

The course lasts 3 hours (half day) and is held in our training centers.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate valid for 24 months that allows you to perform rescue operations in the hub and inside blade of a wind turbine generator.

Shovel Rescue AWP 3000

This course will train you to perform rescue operations in the environment of wind turbines. Additionally, it certifies the acquisition of the theoretical and practical knowledge required to access and rescue an injured person from each of the different sections of a wind turbine. The course focuses on accidents that may occur in the hub or a blade of a wind turbine.

The course will use equipment, methods, and rescue techniques that have been standardized in the wind industry through both theoretical and practical training, with participants executing exercises and simulations based on real-life examples.
